Introduction

Welcome to Belltelme.om, a service provided by Belltel LLC. By using the Belltelme.om service, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.

All products/services and information displayed on Belltelme.om constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. Belltelme.om reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. If you have supplied us with your valid email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details and process the order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. No act or omission of Belltelme.om prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.

Membership Eligibility
Use of the Site is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” as per local Contract Acts are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age, you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below 18 years, your parents or legal guardians can transact on your behalf if they are registered users/members.

Belltelme.om reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site if it discovers that you are under the age of 18 years. The Site is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this User Agreement.

Account and Registration Obligations
“Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us during the registration, buying, or listing process, in the feedback area, or through any email feature. We will protect Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account and Password and for restricting access to your computer. Belltelme.om shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise from failure to protect your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

You also agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

• Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it accurate and current.

If Belltelme.om has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, it has the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse access to the Site.

Pricing Information
While Belltelme.om strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors may occur. Belltelme.om cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, Belltelme.om reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be reversed back to your account. No cash refund will be provided.

Delivery
Delivery within Oman typically takes 2–5 business days. For large items such as appliances or TVs (50” and above), delivery may take 5–7 business days and may be completed by the supplier.

Order Cancellation
Belltelme.om reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. This may include orders with pricing or product errors or issues flagged by fraud prevention systems. In such cases, the payment will be refunded to the original source.

Customers may cancel their orders prior to processing. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Belltel LLC reserves the right to determine the status of the order.

Third Party Products
Products sold by third-party vendors or resellers on Belltelme.om are subject to additional terms. Belltelme.om is not responsible for any disputes or liabilities arising from transactions with third-party vendors.

Credit Card Details
You confirm that any credit card used belongs to you. Belltelme.om will not be liable for fraudulent use of cards. The user assumes responsibility for the use and consequences.

Fraudulent / Declined Transactions
Belltelme.om reserves the right to recover costs, initiate legal action, and cancel accounts involved in fraudulent transactions.

Electronic Communications
By visiting Belltelme.om or sending us emails, you consent to receive communications electronically.

User Confirmations
You agree:

• To provide correct delivery information.

• To use the site only for lawful purposes.

Shipping & Insurance

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Oman. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Muscat, Oman. Arbitration may be pursued where applicable.

By submitting feedback or comments, you grant Belltelme.om the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content without restriction.

Copyright & Trademark
All content on Belltelme.om is protected by copyright. You may not reuse any material without written consent.

Objectionable Material
Belltelme.om is not liable for content that may be offensive to some users.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Belltel LLC against all claims resulting from your misuse of the site or breach of any terms.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the site and destroy downloaded materials.

Stock Status “On Demand”
Products marked “On Demand” are ordered post-payment and subject to supplier availability.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell your personal data. Information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Transaction Currency
All transactions are in Omani Riyals (OMR). Currency conversion differences may apply based on card issuer.

Country of Merchant Domicile
Belltel LLC is a Limited Liability Company registered in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
